ABOUT ME

I'm Beau Meevis, a graduate of the Film Academy. As a writer, director, and editor, I work on a wide range of film projects, always with the aim of collaborating with other creatives, exchanging ideas, and building lasting partnerships.

With experience in both fiction and documentary — from museum films to television and streaming content — I know how to adapt and contribute at every stage of the production process. I handle smaller assignments independently and integrate seamlessly into larger production teams.

My portfolio includes film content for museums in the Netherlands and Belgium, with a particular focus on working with archival footage, interviews, and studio productions. I also write scripts for Belgian TV and streaming platforms, and I develop my own fiction projects, including short films that I write, direct, and produce.

While I’m capable of handling full productions from concept to edit, my core expertise lies in the creative process: writing, directing, and editing.
