The vision is to transform this historic site into a vibrant venue for concerts, festivals, and markets. Known for having some of the best acoustics in the Netherlands, the church also houses a stunning organ in need of restoration.

The Nicolaaskerk carries the visible marks of history: during the great flood of 1953, the building was submerged, and the saltwater damage still etched into its walls gives the space a unique and powerful character.
